About Kathleen

Kathleen was once told that people who can’t afford attorneys call police. Kathleen became an attorney after serving 20 years as a police officer. It’s her goal to ensure that all people can afford attorneys, and provides legal services on a sliding-scale basis. As a police officer, Kathleen worked in investigations, including juvenile, school and vulnerable adult investigations. She also served as a DWI, alcohol and drug instructor.
